Full Diagnostic
Dyslexia Assessment
Comprehensive, personalised assessments take 3-4 hours and are available for children aged 8 and over.
Specialist diagnostic assessments identify both strengths and weaker areas that may need to be supported. They can help with understanding why some aspects of school learning and day-to-day life are challenging.
The diagnostic assessment report includes recommendations for support both at school and home. When coordinated with school, it may be used as evidence for exam access arrangements.
A diagnostic assessment report may also be used as evidence for an older student's application for Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA) for Higher Education.
An optional 30 minute follow up call to discuss any questions that arise from the report is also included.

Exam Access Arrangements
These allow adjustments to be put in place to enable pupils and students experiencing long term and persistent difficulties to access examinations.
Evidence from a short access arrangement assessment can be used for extra time or other exam access srrangements, if appropriate.
Recommendations may include trialling strategies to ascertain benefits as the normal way of working before exams.

Specialist Dyslexia Tuition
By identifying your child's unique strengths, challenges and their learning preferences, specialist tuition is tailored to develop multi-sensory strategies which support individual difficulties with reading, writing and spelling skills.
Older pupils may also benefit from support with organisation and study skills.
Tuition is usually offered in six week blocks to ensure continuity and over-learning of new skills.
